1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Quor Lingua website and enrolment in any of our live online language courses. By booking a counselling session, making a payment, or joining a class, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Our Services

Quor Lingua is an online foreign language institute offering live, instructor-led classes in German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin, structured across CEFR levels A1 to C2. Classes are conducted over video-conferencing platforms and require a stable internet connection, and a computer or smartphone.

3. Enrolment & Fees

• A seat in a batch is confirmed only after the course fee (in full or as per an agreed instalment plan) is received.
• Fees, batch schedules, and course duration are as communicated to you at the time of enrolment and may vary by language and level.
• Prices and offers displayed on the website or shared by our counsellors are subject to change without prior notice for future batches; they do not affect batches you have already enrolled in.

4. Attendance & Conduct

• Learners are expected to attend live sessions on time and participate respectfully with tutors and fellow learners.
• Recordings of classes, where provided, are for personal revision only and must not be redistributed, sold, or uploaded publicly.
• Quor Lingua reserves the right to remove a learner from a batch in cases of misconduct, harassment, or repeated disruption of classes, without a refund.

5. Rescheduling & Missed Classes

We aim to provide make-up material or recordings for classes missed by the learner, where feasible. In the rare event a class must be rescheduled by us (tutor unavailability, technical issues, etc.), we will inform you in advance and arrange a replacement session.

6. Intellectual Property

All course material, presentations, worksheets, and recordings created by Quor Lingua remain our intellectual property. Learners receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use this material for personal study during and after the course, and may not reproduce or commercially distribute it.

7. Payments & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality instruction, Quor Lingua does not guarantee specific outcomes such as exam scores, certifications, university admissions, or job offers, as these depend on individual effort and external factors. We are not liable for interruptions caused by internet outages, third-party platform downtime, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Live classes are hosted using third-party video-conferencing tools. Your use of such platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to classes for non-payment of fees, violation of these terms, or misuse of course material.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Quor Lingua operates.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
