Refund Policy — Quor Lingua

In short: You can try any batch for the first 15 days from your batch start date. If it isn't the right fit, let us know within that window and we'll refund your course fee via UPI within 5–6 business days.

1. The 15-Day Trial Window

We want you to be confident in your decision to learn with us. From the start date of your batch, you have 15 days to attend classes and evaluate the teaching style, pace, and fit for your learning goals.

If you're enjoying the batch, simply continue — no action is needed.
If you feel the batch isn't right for you, you can request a full refund of your course fee any time within these first 15 days.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 15-day window, write to us at hello@quorlingua.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 87091 92073 with:

Your full name and registered phone number/email.
The language and batch you enrolled in, along with the batch start date.
The UPI ID to which the refund should be credited.

3. Refund Processing

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Actual credit timing may also depend on your bank or UPI app.

4. After the 15-Day Window

Refund requests made after the first 15 days of a batch's start date are not eligible under this policy, as this window is designed to give you a fair trial period before committing further.

5. Batch Transfers

If you'd prefer to switch to a different language, level, or batch timing instead of a refund, get in touch with us — we're happy to help you find a better fit where seats are available.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests raised after the 15-day trial window has ended.
Cases where a learner is removed from a batch for misconduct as described in our Terms & Conditions.
